  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Product must have original tags and packaging intact
  • Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or altered sarees (if any)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Share images/video proof for quick resolution

8. Cancellation
